个人简介

谢蒙莹，清华大学公共管理学院2022级博士生。2021年获得复旦大学-伦敦政治经济学院全球政治经济英文双硕士学位，2019年在南开大学周恩来政府管理学院获得法学学士学位（国际政治专业）；2025年春季担任牛津大学政治与国际关系学系访问学生。主要研究领域包括全球治理（如跨国气候治理、私人规制）、国际发展（“一带一路”倡议、国际援助）以及可持续发展政策（绿色基础设施建设、气候变化、性别平等）。研究成果发表于《世界经济与政治》、Global Public Policy and Governance等学术期刊。
